We want you to be completely satisfied with your order! 

If any item is damaged upon receipt, please let us know and we'll either replace the item at no charge to you or provide you with a full refund.

Because each item is custom made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exhanges due to sizing error.

Please refer to the size charts on each item's page to guide you in choosing the perfect size.

TURNAROUND TIME

The ULA Store offers a vast array of colors and sizes for each apparel item. Because of this, the items are ordered from our clothing mills the week you place your order. We work with mills all over the USA to provide a wide range of product choices. Mills can be backordered on certain colors or sizes and transit time can be up to five business days to our facility. When your item is received at our facility, we schedule and decorate to your specification within a week. Our goal is always to deliver your custom order within a 2-3 week period. If your item is on backorder or other factors cause a delay we will contact you.
